A WIIRE Retreat is an exclusive, members-only experience designed for women who are already investing in real estate and ready to level up — personally and professionally.

It’s part mastermind, part girls’ trip, and part reset. 💗

Over 4 days/3 nights, we gather in sunny Phoenix to:

  • Connect deeply with other women investors who get it
  • Share real strategies for scaling and managing our portfolios
  • Mastermind deals, partnerships, and systems that move the needle
  • Recharge with wellness activities like morning yoga, an evening sound bath and a desert hike

Check-in is from 11 AM to 12 PM on Thursday, February 4, and the retreat kicks off at 12 PM (Phoenix local time). Check-out is at 11 AM on Sunday, February 7.

When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets go on sale Thursday, November 19 at 10:00 AM Central Time. Spots are limited.

Who can attend?

This retreat is for WIIRE Community members only. Attendees should have done at least 3 deals.

What if I haven’t done 3+ deals?

We want you to have enough momentum in your business to get a return on your investment. If you haven’t done at least 3 deals, we recommend you wait until you have so you can have the best retreat experience.

Is this for intermediate or advanced investors?

This retreat is for any investor who has done 3+ deals. We will not be separating Intermediate and Advanced for this retreat.

Who do I room with?

If you have a request on who you would like to room with, please let us know! We try our best to pair you up with roommates who have similar sleeping habits as you do. Shared rooms have separate beds. You can elect to book a private room as well.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 11 AM to 12 PM on Thursday, February 4, and the retreat kicks off at 12 PM (Phoenix local time). Check-out is at 11 AM on Sunday, February 7.

Can I come if I don’t know anyone?

YES! Most attendees don’t know anyone before attending. We will make you feel at home the second you walk through the door. We will hang out as a group all weekend long!

What are the Zooms for?

We host 2 pre-retreat online meetups. This is so we can all get familiar with each other before the event! We also answer any questions you might have.

Can I stay someplace else?

No. We do not offer day passes. We’ve found that the best moments come from hanging out and just chit-chatting between our scheduled events.

Can I bring my kids?

No. Unless your kids are adults who have done 3+ deals, please leave them at home.

Is my ticket refundable?

Tickets are nonrefundable. If you have to cancel you can sell your ticket to someone else.
